Owner & Craftsman
Bruce started Iron Elements in 2019 in his garage!
Josh was born & raised in the Edmonton area and started his welding career when he was 18 years old. With over 15 years in the industry, Josh has an eye for detail & quality, gained by training and supervising crews as a Foreman/Supervisor.
Josh has great determination & believes there is no challenge too big! If he's not in the shop or on a job site, you just might find him hanging out at the blackjack table in his favourite spot...VEGAS BABY!
A born & bred Edmonton dude, Logan fell into the welding game after high school! Logan's attention to detail is next level!
The perfect relaxation for Logan would be hanging at the beach in Costa Rica, his Jack Russell, Betsy by his side, listening to reggae with a cold iced tea in hand!
When getting into the welding trade, Kalven's goal was to end up in the more artistic/aesthetic side of metal working, so joining the Iron Elements team was a perfect fit! His attention to detail at his craft transfers over to his hobbies & interests.
Tattoos & anything with a motor are typically what you will see Kalven spending his free time on. Growing up working on cars & motorcycles with his Dad gave him the "get your hands dirty" mentality when deciding on a career path. This then led him to choosing welding & ultimately joining Iron Elements in 2020!
Andrew did not have to think twice about becoming a part of the Iron Elements team. He eagerly jumped at the opportunity to join this close knit crew.
He brings with him 11 years of welding experience & leadership qualities. Although he is always singing, whistling or cracking jokes while he works, you can always count on him to get the job done to perfection!
Dylan has experience in multiple different industries including heavy duty mechanics & welding. He pursued a career with the Iron Elements team due to the friendly work environment & the team's precise attention to detail.
Dylan enjoys kicking back with friends, cold Caesar in hand in the summer & hitting the slopes during the snowy season.
